I have had trouble with my plug and play hot tub. I have had a young woman tech come out the last two times and she has been very good. Yesterday she stayed until she got it working! I thanked her but wanted to leave a report for her on her great job yesterday.

I will tell you, very impressive young man Shane you sent out for the cut-ins. I have done most of my service with Mirage for the last number of years but Pioneer has our business back because of you, Shane and Louie!

The Boldt team left my place with no garbage and neat. Jay answered all my questions and let me know what was going on step by step. I will definitely call Bolt pools for my next pool service.

Jay & his partner were professional and work efficient when installing my pool liner. They arrived on time and had my old liner out and new liner in under three hours (above ground pool 18Ft round). Jay let me know when it was time to call the water truck to fill up my pool. The second day they arrived cut out my skimmer & return jet in 20mins.

Markham's service team tested our water sample today which indicated the pool needed four more bags of salt. They also helped me load my car, me thinking my wife and I would be able to handle them between the two of us... We did not  realize how heavy and awkward they were even for the two of us!! We called the store and inquired whether they could spare anyone to help us empty these additional four bags and Joseph was soon at our door and in short order it was done.
It was certainly a pleasant experience dealing with your organization and the fine people you employ!!

We are two retired seniors living in Unionville who have just converted our chlorine pool to saltwater with the help of your crew from Pioneer Pools. It was indeed a pleasure to meet Craig and his colleague. They had to return a couple of times to resolve an issue that required more professional help, as well as help us with the heavy salt water bags that were much too heavy for us. He changed the control panel which then corrected the problems that I was experiencing with the hot tub (no light, jets not working and the heater was not working). He explained everything that he was doing as he did it. Thank you also Matthew Bradshaw for your kindness, support and patience when I spoke to you last Friday. You suggested what I could try to fix the problems but as it turned out it was necessary to have a technician come out to solve the problems. I enjoy the hot tub so much and now once again I will be able to take full advantage of all that it has to offer!

I wanted to reach out to you to compliment your business and more importantly the absolutely stellar customer service one of your employees provided us this summer.  My husband and I are have a hot tub, pool and patio and had been told, by other satisfied Pioneer customers about your Oakville location.  Jenna Rowland helped our family pick out a durable, beautiful looking Tofino patio sectional last spring.  From the second I walked in to your Oakville location, until the furniture was assembled, Jenna took care of our needs and honestly cared about us as a customer of Pioneer Pools.

We ordered an onground pool in the summer of 2020 for install in the Spring of 2021. We were given an estimated start date of construction scheduled for the week of May 10th. With the Covid situation we were bracing ourselves for a phone call saying that they were behind or something but instead we received confirmation that they were on schedule! We were thrilled!!! From start to finish Boldt was beyond excellent in every step of the installation! We were so impressed by their professionalism from contract signing to the digging and the whole installation process! We are still in awe of how wonderful our pool installation experience was!

My wife and I love our new hot tub we bought from Chris at Pioneer Pools! The installation crew was excellent and took the time to explain the operation of the hot tub. The staff at Pioneer has been really helpful with testing our water and giving us water care tips. The only snag came with getting the hot tub to us, but, that seems to be an American supply chain backlog issue with a lot of stuff during the pandemic.

If you want the best price over quality ratio for your hot tub/swim spa purchase, I suggest to look no further. I've purchased my Caldera spa from Pioneer and the entire shopping experience has been great, from my initial inquiries to the post delivery support. The Oakville store customer rep., Marcel Zachajusz, has been extremely helpful and patient throughout this long journey which, due to Covid, took 6 months from the initial order to the delivery date. I highly recommend Pioneer Family Pools, not only for the quality products they sell and the excellent before and after sales suport but also for the quality spa/pool chemicals and accessories which are actually cheaper than buying online. This is my first pool and ultimately outdoor oasis. It has been a learning experience. She has been very professional, very hard working and steadfast, talented in her ideas of design and colours, and respectful and fun. I am sitting on my new pool deck, enjoying a glass of wine, appreciating my open pool, and waiting for some warmer weather.  I just wanted to take a moment to share how thrilled I am with the recent completion of our pool renovation.  You always hear about the negatives, but I just feel compelled to extend my sincerest thank you and give a little “shout out” to a few star players. First off, Marcel Zachajusz. I only met him twice I think, and one of those times was in my shed in the middle of a hail storm (now that’s dedication!).   I have spoken/emailed him too many times to count.  The man’s a saint for responding so efficiently and with so much patience, and professionalism.  I was finishing up 2 prior projects that were not going well, which caused delays and great trepidation heading into a larg pool renovation.  I was becoming “that homeowner” and he talked me off the ledge! When he said how it was going to happen, it did. So very much appreciated! Secondly, the amazing crew led by Dillon, including Matt, Anthony, Dan, Raph and Anthony. It’s hard to find the words to say how much I appreciated their work ethic.  They were professional, courteous, friendly, polite and fun.  An absolute pleasure to be around (I tried to stay out of their way, but I was nosy).  This team is how it is because of Dillon and the tone he sets for those who work with him.  Communication was great and expectations outlined were met with each stage of the process. I did thank Marcel and Dillon personally, but I feel the “higher ups” need to know how much they are appreciated.

Pioneer built our pool 4 years ago. This year, the pool heater quit and was a complete write off. Pioneer replaced it completely without any fuss. Good business ethics.

My only regret in our home gym project is that we didn't do it 10-15 years ago. We converted a farm building and included a full set of weights, a sauna, a Woodway treadmill, and our new Endless Pool. Our Endless Pool is definitely the centrepiece. I'm often spending 2-3 hours a day in this new "sanctuary" and looking forward to many more hours in the future.
