Built by Family. Driven by Community.
What began as a summer job for our founders, soon became a lifestyle. Over the next 60 years our owners have grown the company from one location in Oakville to 19 locations across Southern Ontario that employ over 500 employees and have installed an incredible 60,000 pools.
As you would imagine, Family comes first at Pioneer where you’ll find sons, daughters, nephews, and nieces spread throughout the company.

Perinatal Mental Health & Awareness
Flora's Walk is Canada's largest perinatal mental health fundraiser held annually across 50+ cities in May, World Maternal Mental Health Month. It honours Flora, a Canadian mother who tragically lost her life in 2022 to undetected postpartum psychosis, and raises funds for free and low-cost perinatal mental health programs nationwide.
